BRIEF PROFILE

I started my teaching career in January 1992 at Setlabotjha Primary School. I have been directly involved in developing and Managing Curriculum within the District and my school in particular.

EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Studied with Vista University and acquired BCom, and Honours Degree with distinction respectively.
I further acquired Masters Degree with cum laude at North West University. The Topic for research was "Impact of Labour Unions on Educational Institution with special reference to Primary and Secondary Schools".

I further submitted a research proposal for Doctoral Degree "Investigation Of Quality Education in the Vaal Region" which is still incomplete.

CURRENT EMPLOYMENT

Principal of Setlabotjha Primary School, a well performing School in the District. I was also appointed as caretaker Principal of POLOKONG PRIMARY SCHOOL, which was Officially opened by MEC for Sports [Lebohang Maile] on the 12th January 2011.

1. I was also appointed by the District Office to serve as a Chairperson of the District Task Team in ensuring that quality results are produced by the District.

2. I was further elected to serve in the District reference group that deals with the development of Curriculum – concept framework and mediation therefore. Also to serve as resource body in terms of Curriculum Indaba's Meetings, Accounting Sessions and QLTC processes.
